Update from the Ground

In just four weeks of devastating hostilities in the Middle East, over 340 children have been killed and thousands more are injured, according to Unicef. Forced to flee their homes, hundreds of thousands are now unable to attend school or access basic healthcare, clean water, and other essential services. The very systems meant to protect and support them are collapsing under the strain of conflict.

Children are once again caught in the crossfire of a war they did not choose, facing fear, loss, and uncertainty every day. Their lives have been brutally changed forever, or cut short.

At The HOME Project, we stand with these children —speaking up for their rights, advocating for their protection, and calling for an immediate cessation of hostilities so that every child can be safe, cared for, and able to thrive.
