Jae Kim is a skilled leader with expertise in the private and non-profit sectors and with a law degree from Oxford University and a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from Brown University. Her experience includes practicing commercial and white-collar litigation in NYC for 6 years before heading up strategic partnerships at New York State's chief economic development agency. About a decade ago, Jae's career focus shifted to non-profit management, first as the founding president of the Streetohome Foundation and more recently as Deputy Director of the Clinton Giustra Enterprise Partnership. Currently, she is the Chief Philanthropy Officer at the Radcliffe Foundation and her work is focused on initiatives that address the refugee crisis. Known for her interpersonal and communication skills, Jae excels at bringing people together to solve problems creatively and move goals forward through analysis, clear strategy and coalition building.
